Head of Engineering is required in an entertainment industry

Candidate must have the minimum of five years working experience in TV and Radio, job location is in Lagos.

Management of the operations of an engineering department comprising of various units (transmitter, studio, power generation, electrical and electronic maintenance).
Planning and coordination of all technical operations in five locations.

Development and implementation of policies,  standards, and procedures as captured in engineering operations manual (EOM) which guides engineering operations.

Supervises clients and contractors on matters of technical specification for all engineering projects and equipment procurement.

Conducts assessment and evaluation exercises for HOEs at the branches to ensure adherence to the EOM receives monthly technical report from all HOEs and presents critical challenges to management

Presides over recruitment of technical staff and ensures training and retraining to keep tab with evolving technology.

Supervises the installation, integration, and upgrade of specialist broadcast equipment.

Develops preventive maintenance procedures for components, equipment and
systems.
