If US Congress approves the bill, the highest point-winning candidate, these would be the criteria you would need to follow if applying for a visa.

22-25: 8 pts
26-30: 10 pts
31-35: 8 pts
36-40: 6 pts
41-45: 4 pts
46-50: 2 pts
50+ : 0 pts
Education: Based on highest degree achieved.
US High School Diploma/Equivalent: 1 pt
Foreign Bachelor's Degree: 5 pts
US Bachelor's Degree: 6 pts
Foreign Master's Degree in STEM: 7 pts
US Master's Degree in STEM: 8 pts
Foreign Doctorate: 10 pts
US Doctorate: 13 pts
English Ability: Determined by a standardised English test
Proficiency:
Below 60%: 0 pts
60-80%: 6 pts
80-90%: 10 pts
+90%: 11 pts
100%: 12 pts
Do You Have a Job Offer?
Job offer which pays at least 150% of median household income in the state: 5 pts
200% the median income: 8 pts
300% the median in come: 13 pts
Nobel Prize
Someone who has won a Nobel prize or equivalent: 25 pts
Olympics
Someone with an Olympic medal or equivalent international sporting event: 15 pts
Investors
No more foreign investment EB-5 visas in the US.
An applicant who invests $1.35 M into a "new commercial enterprise" in the US, maintained for three years will get 6 pts
Above $1.8 M: 12 pts
Spouses
If you want to bring your spouse, calculate the points the spouse would earn under the same criteria.
