FUTURE HUMAN WASHING MACHINE?

I was surfing the net when I stumbled on this. "Future Human washing machine..." No no no no! I don't wanna believe this, that technology will now make some people so lazy to the extent that they won't be able to take care of themselves anymore.

We've heard about cloth washing machine, self driving cars, and now again, body washing machine?

I don't wanna imagine it that machine is washing my own body for me. Won't it be dangerous to body? even though it won't, won't it be better to wash our body with our own hands rather than letting machine do that for us? What is your opinion about this? Share your thought.
