JOB VACANCY FOR THE POST OF PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GMD (Ref: ICT-PA-07)

We are seeking to fill the above vacant position in our Organization.
Position: PA to GMD (Ref: ICT- PA-07)

Location: Lagos (V.I)

Responsibilities 

• To provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Group Managing Director by ensuring the smooth management of his day to day affairs and most effective use of his time.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments and controlling access to the GMD
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the GMD
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing the GMD’s databases and filing systems
• Collating and filing expenses for the GMD
• Organise meetings and ensure that the GMD is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
• Supervise all trust incoming/outgoing mail.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the director.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Three - Five years cognate experience in related roles and functions.
• First degree in  Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Art, Social Sciences, etc
• Professional Qualification an added advantage.
• Reside within Lagos with daily commute to V.I.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
